Motorcoach Groups
For nearly 40 years, Heritage Hotel Lancaster has proudly welcomed motorcoach groups with warm hospitality and thoughtful amenities. We offer ample complimentary bus parking and well-equipped guest rooms featuring mini refrigerators and microwaves—perfect for storing your favorite Lancaster County treats—as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the guestrooms and lobby.
We make group planning easy with flexible courtesy holds available up to 45 days prior to arrival. Optional porterage services are also available upon request. Our group blocks include a mix of Double Queen and Single King accommodations, with the ability to comfortably host up to four guests per room. We also extend complimentary room incentives and driver accommodations as part of our group-friendly offerings.
Loxley’s, our on-site restaurant and patio bar, provides the perfect setting for your group to gather and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Tour menu options and an optional hot/cold chef-prepared breakfast buffet are available to enhance your group’s experience.

Wedding Groups
Celebrate your big day with ease by reserving a courtesy room block at Heritage Hotel Lancaster. Our wedding blocks allow your guests to book at a discounted rate without placing any financial responsibility on you. We’ll hold your block up to 60 days prior to your wedding, after which any unreserved rooms are released back into general inventory and rates are no longer guaranteed.
As a special thank you, couples staying with us on their wedding night may be eligible for a complimentary upgrade to our King Whirlpool Room with a minimum of 10 paid room nights (based on availability). With 20 or more rooms reserved, we are happy to offer a complimentary night for the bride and groom.
To make things even easier for your guests, we provide a custom online booking link so they can reserve their rooms directly through our website anytime.
Our discounted group rates apply to both Double Queen and Single King accommodations. Loxley’s, our on-site restaurant and patio bar, is a great spot for guests to gather before or after the celebration. We also offer rehearsal dinner options, next-day breakfast or brunch packages, and late-night parties with light fare and private space.
